How does a Video Subscription work?
The video subscription allows you to send 3 60-second videos per day, with sound.Videos can only be sent via our mobile application.
How much does the Video Option cost?
You can purchase a subscription:
- monthly: €2.99/month
- yearly: €29.90/year.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed and therefore automatically charged each month or year. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
How do I sign up for a Video Subscription?
- Subscribe to the video option in the “Video” tab of your photo frame
- Share videos from our mobile application
What if I don’t have the video option on one of my frames?
The video option is only available for frames sold after the end of 2020. In doubt? Contact us!
